6.Payment Terms to be confirmed from accounts: COD, Credit Limit Approved by AIEQ Systems (PTY)Ltd or 50% as a deposit; 50% once project is completed.
7. Any software or hardware licenses issued by vendor, distributor, OEM or AIEQ Systems (PTY)ltd cannot be refunded and you will be liable for all costs.
8. All MSP Agreements automatically renews for additional 12 Month terms at the Contracted Monthly Price Per Unit and Uncontracted (Overage) Price per GB/Seat above (unless otherwise notified by AIEQ Systems in the relation to the following products: Barracuda, Kaspersky, Sophos, Microsoft, Atera, Acronis, Netskope, Public Cloud or monthly hosted service), except if either party provides prior written notice of non-renewal at least 30-days’ prior to the end of the then-current term which relates to date of intial purchase. The following subject to annual increase and linked to ROE.
9. Accounts will confirm all purchases before technical co-ordinator will contact you within 72hrs to assign required resource to setup required portal and assign licenses.
